The SC/ST Redressal Cell at the Institute of Business Administration and Management (IBAM), Delhi, is committed to ensuring equal opportunities and safeguarding the rights of students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST). The Cell serves as a platform to address grievances and foster an inclusive campus environment where every student can thrive without discrimination.

To uphold social justice and promote equality among all sections of students by addressing specific concerns and supporting the educational and personal growth of SC/ST students.
Objectives
- To prevent any kind of discrimination based on caste or social status.
- To provide a forum for SC/ST students to voice their concerns and seek guidance.
- To raise awareness about government schemes, scholarships, and opportunities available for SC/ST students.
- To create a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for students from all backgrounds.
