Grievance Redressal Cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell at the Institute of Business Administration and Management (IBAM), Delhi, serves as a platform to address and resolve issues faced by students, faculty, and staff. We are committed to fostering a just, transparent, and supportive institutional environment.

Our Purpose

The Cell ensures that grievances are handled in a fair, impartial, and prompt manner. Complaints can be academic, administrative, or personal in nature, and are addressed in accordance with institutional policies.

Objectives

  • To provide a formal mechanism for students and staff to raise concerns.
  • To ensure transparency, fairness, and confidentiality in grievance handling.
  • To foster a safe and positive atmosphere within the campus.

Nature of Grievances

The Cell looks into matters such as delay in issuing certificates, disputes regarding assessments, sanitation concerns, victimization, or violations of institutional discipline and policies.

How We Work

  • Complaints can be submitted in writing, anonymously if desired, through the grievance box or via email.
  • The Cell investigates the matter impartially and recommends suitable solutions.
  • Where necessary, counselling and mediation are also provided to resolve conflicts amicably.

At IBAM, we believe that an accessible and responsive grievance redressal mechanism strengthens trust and contributes to the overall well-being of our community.
