At the Institute of Business Administration and Management (IBAM), Delhi, the Women Empowerment Cell is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all women in our community. We believe empowering women is key to building a progressive and equitable institution.
Our Purpose
The Cell works actively to prevent and address incidents of harassment, raise awareness on gender sensitivity, and inspire confidence and leadership among women students and staff.

Our Initiatives
The Cell regularly organizes expert talks, self-defense workshops, sensitization campaigns, and support group discussions. We also implement strict disciplinary actions where necessary to uphold dignity and justice.
